Please read these terms carefully before using kud9. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kud9 ("kud9", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kud9 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and associated services accessible at kud9.org. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

kud9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform. Your continued use of kud9 after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Age Restriction: kud9 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances. We may require age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

1. Eligibility

Clause 1.1

Age and Capacity

To register and use kud9, you must be at least 21 years of age and have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. kud9 may at any point request documentation to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Geographic Restrictions

kud9 is operated for and primarily accessible to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players who access kud9 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and without the support of the platform. kud9 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any territory at any time.

Clause 1.3

Problem Gambling Exclusion

Persons who have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform, or who have been formally identified as problem gamblers by any recognised support organisation, are not eligible to create or use a kud9 account. 2. Account Registration and Security

Clause 2.1

Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on kud9. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. kud9 prohibits the use of false names, third-party identities, or fictitious contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

Clause 2.2

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kud9 will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kud9 support immediately and change your password without delay.

Clause 2.3

Account Closure and Suspension

kud9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest behaviour; failure to complete age or identity verification; abuse of bonuses; or provision of false information during registration. Where a closure is initiated by the player, any pending withdrawal requests and verified real-money balance will be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kud9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kud9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local payment channels:

Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service
Upay — UCB mobile financial service
Direct bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other participating institutions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. kud9 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit on the same account, in accordance with our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering policy. All withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses.

kud9 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard security measure to protect players against fraud and ensure compliance with our obligations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

kud9 offers a welcome bonus to new players and periodic promotional offers to existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
kud9 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in matched betting, or employed strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been met.
Promotional offers are valid for the period stated in their individual terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from player accounts without notice.

kud9 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. All bonus decisions made by kud9 are final and binding.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on kud9 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using kud9 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches, or continuing to play after discovering that a game is malfunctioning.
Verbally abusing, threatening, or harassing kud9 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

kud9 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information and transaction records where legally required to do so. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided and funds seized.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the kud9 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, interface design, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kud9 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the kud9 platform without the express prior written consent of kud9. Unauthorised use of platform content constitutes a violation of intellectual property law and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kud9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; service interruptions caused by technical faults, third-party payment delays, or force majeure events; or any other losses arising in connection with your account or gameplay, even if kud9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kud9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that game results will meet your expectations or that any particular outcome will occur. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kud9's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kud9's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

kud9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
Session time reminders — receive alerts after defined play-session durations.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

kud9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Where amendments are material, kud9 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. It is each player's responsibility to review the current Terms before continuing to use the platform after any amendment.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which kud9 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through kud9's internal complaints procedure may be submitted to binding arbitration or the relevant competent authority.
